We want you to be delighted with your purchase at Waren Melamine Dishes. If you are not fully happy with your items, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below for more information:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item is not damaged, stained, or altered in any way (this includes dishwasher marks, chips, or cracks due to mishandling).
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at info@warenmelaminedishes.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning the item for reasons unrelated to a defect (e.g., change of mind or ordering error), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used items (except for defective products)
Sale or clearance items
